El Balcón del Moncayo is an 1900 house restored with care, keeping its character while adding present-day comfort. It is let as a whole, for exclusive use, in Fustiñana.
Inside you will find four bedrooms with their own identity, generous shared rooms, an equipped kitchen and a games room. In the inner courtyard, plants, a fountain and string lights make a place to slow down and linger after meals.

Billiards, foosball, a cinema corner with theatre seats and a table for board games. Built for group afternoons when you prefer to stay in.
Kitchen and dining room
An equipped kitchen and a wide table for sharing. Traditional tools on the stone wall and daylight over long meals.
Entrance hall and staircase
The entrance keeps the wrought-iron stair, wooden doors and a seat by the light. The house makes sense from the first step.
How the house is arranged
The house is arranged over several floors: an entrance and toilet on the ground floor, kitchen-dining room and inner courtyard, bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor, and a games room under the roof. The published floor area is about 200 m²; the exact figure can be confirmed before it is emphasised.
An outdoor security camera covers only the main entrance. There are no cameras inside or in private areas.
Arrival is self check-in, with a keypad lock.
Parking is free on the street.
